Credential Transfer & Research Associate.

Overview

CGFNS International, Inc. is embarking on an effort to enhance our world class database of information pertaining to education systems, regulation and related structures globally that support nursing and allied health professions. CGFNS is seeking a qualified candidate to responsible for overseeing processes related to Credential Transfer Portal.

Starting Rate of Pay:

$22.50/hr

Essential Functions

Per procedures and job aids:

  1. Onboard New Credential Transfer Portal Users: Establish new user account, verify the institution and associated users, orient new users to process
  2. Escalation Management: Handle escalations related to technical issues or processing issues with the portal
  3. Outreach: Proactively outreach to schools and regulatory authorities to enroll in the portal, this may include emailing and making phone calls to institutions
  4. Routine Communications: Respond to external stakeholders’ questions related to the portal
  5. Ongoing Account Management: Facilitate changes (remove, password updates, etc) in user accounts
  6. Perform research on global health profession education and licensure systems
  7. Participates in special projects departmentally and interdepartmentally
  8. Any other duties applicable to the position

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred areas of study include International Relations, History, Public Policy, and Political Science

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Preferably 1-year relevant work experience at CGFNS International
  • Strong proficiency in technology, including internal CGFNS business platforms (CERPASS 1, CERPASS 2 and Salesforce)
  • Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skill set required
  • Strong online research skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
